How our workforce has developed

Ergotep has launched and applies integrational social entrepreneurship tools and principles and also undertakes other social roles. Four milestones highlight how the drive to develop staff and acquire new business has impacted on our effectiveness in terms of integrated social entrepreneurship.

Ergotep’s development into an integrated social enterprise

Who are we?

We are a company based in the picturesque town of Proseč. Our business is varied and we are involved in various projects, be it social or commercial. We started in a small boiler room with assembly work and 4 employees. Today we are a steadily growing company that is getting stronger every year. We have grown from a family business to a company that employs over 300 people, 85% of whom are people with disabilities.

We are addressing the issue of social responsibility. We educate companies and the public about the social sector. We know that the quality of our work is created by the employees themselves and we are duly proud of them!

Our subsidiaries

KomTeSa

Experienced IT company with 21 years of experience in the development of information systems, e-shops and web applications for Czech and foreign brands and the banking sector. It deals with the modernization and management of customers' technical equipment (HW), acts as a Google Apps Authorized Reseller and also as an Atlassian Expert.

Ergotep CSR Institut o.p.s.

The CSR Institute is a tool to implement the social responsibility of Ergotep, a cooperative of disabled people. The company's priority is to support activities aimed at the comprehensive integration of people with disabilities into society, especially their entry into the protected or free labour market.

The Pardubice Region is systematically devoted to the development of social entrepreneurship. That is why we have established cooperation with Ergotep, whose management has provided very professional training in this area. Ergotep's practical experience was also beneficial in the preparation of the region's subsidy programme to support social entrepreneurship.
